AI credits are the currency that powers your interactions with Lux — coaching responses, lesson generation, assessments, and guided exercises. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. You can always top up if you need more.
Can I try RokSpark before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets $5 in AI credits to start, valid for 14 days. No credit card required. You can explore "Learn Anything," complete exercises, and experience Lux coaching before deciding on a paid plan.
Does the annual plan auto-renew?
Yes. Annual plans renew automatically at the annual rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — you keep access through the end of your paid period.
How does pricing work for organizations?
Organization plans are per-seat with a minimum seat count. Each seat includes a monthly credit allocation for AI interactions. Contact us for a custom quote based on your team size and usage patterns.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up with additional credits at any time ($5, $10, $25, or $50). Topped-up credits carry over from month to month. Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
